Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Time
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days
- Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, UPS (depending on size/location)
3. Tracking Information
Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, contact support@txtoolguy.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship only within the U.S.
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes for large/heavy items
5. Damaged Packages
Please inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, take photos and report within 48 hours.
